Besides the benefits of being less expense, and no side effects, let’s see the benefits of apple cider vinegar to heal can cure different illnesses.

The Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Kills Candida:

Candida is a bacterium found in everyone’s gut, but if out of control it can cause problems. This can include yeast infections, toe fungus, thrush, and lots more. Drinking diluted apple cider vinegar can kill the excess candida and keep it under control, helping to restore the natural balance of bacteria in the gut and cure yeast infections.
Apple cider vinegar may be taken internally to treat thrush and diarrhea caused by Candida overgrowth. It can also be used externally to treat vaginal and groin yeast infections, nail fungus of the toes or finger, and other skin conditions caused by Candida.

Heals Eczema:

The milder forms of eczema tends to do little more than just cause slight dryness and itchy skin, the more severe type can crack the skin and become infected, as well as the skin can blister. Using apple cider vinegar can be helpful to eczema suffers. It can be used topically, as a drink, in a bath, and used in the laundry.
Applying apple cider vinegar directly to the skin can provide eczema sufferers with relief. The Medicinal Botanical Program at Mountain State University recommends a 50/50 solution of water and apple cider vinegar applied to the skin. They say if your skin is more sensitive, you may want to try a more diluted solution of 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with 1⁄2 cup of water, which can be applied to the affected area. Use either a clean wash cloth or pour the solution into a spray bottle to spritz onto the skin.
As an oral solution to benefit the skin, mix a solution of 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 8 ounce of fresh water three times each day. The Live Strong website suggests apple cider as a vinegar bath. They state if your eczema is more widespread, a vinegar bath can offer relief. Add 1⁄2 cup of apple cider vinegar to a warm bath water. But make sure the water is not too hot, as this can irritate and scald already delicate skin tissues. Adding approximately 1/3 cup of sunflower oil to the bath will treat the intensely dry skin patches eczema sufferers often endure.
Fabric softeners have harsh chemicals that can aggravate the skin, but white distilled vinegar is a natural fabric softener. Add 1⁄2 cup during the wash cycle, but never mix vinegar and bleach, as it produces toxic fumes.

Restores Body’s pH Balance:

The pH balance of the body is a measure of its acidity level. Our bodies are pH balanced at 7.1 to no higher than 7.7, and above 8.0 is too alkaline, and below 6.9 is acidic. When the body is too acidic it becomes inadequate at fighting disease, making us more vulnerable to illness. Drinking diluted apple cider vinegar two times daily can help restore the pH balance of the body. This allows the body to defend itself properly against illness. Though apple cider is acidic outside of the body, vinegar becomes alkaline in the digestive tract helping to prevent infections.

Reduces Cholesterol:

Cholesterol protects the brains function and the cells that carry oxygen throughout the body. It can build up in the blood stream due to genetics or poor diet, leading to heart disease, and other life-threatening conditions. In May of 2005 the Japanese Society of Nutrition and Food Science had determined after studies performed with apple cider vinegar, that two-three tablespoons per day will maximize the cholesterol lowering benefits.

Clears Acne:

Apple cider vinegar can kill bacteria, and reduce or eliminate toxins that cause acne according to the Detox for Life website. Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 8 ounces of fresh water, twice daily.
Apple cider vinegar is not just for making salad dressing or other cooked foods. It’s one of nature’s medicines as a treatment for curing illness.
